E-testing Co-ordination

The Co-ordinators role in e-testing is responsible for implementing overall organisational strategies and policies and the operation of the e-testing centre(s).  This involves working with management to allocate and manage appropriate resources including staff levels and staff training.  The Co-ordinator role is also responsible for liaising with the awarding body in relation to systems and processes.  This role may be a stand-alone role or responsibilities attached to another job title

E-testing administration

The administration role supports the e-testing procedures and is responsible for setting up and maintaining designated processes accordingly.  This process involves operational procedures to ensure that the e-tests are conducted to specified quality standards.  This role may be a stand-alone role or responsibilities attached to another job title.

E-testing technical support

The technical support role has responsibility for technical aspects of the e-testing process.  This involves network, hardware and software maintenance and support to staff and learners taking into account awarding body requirements and quality standards.  This role may be a stand-alone role or responsibilities attached to another job title.

E-testing working with learners

This role helps to prepare the learner for all aspects of e-testing from practice sessions through to live tests ensuring that they are well informed throughout in the context of centre and awarding body processes and e-testing regulations.  This role may be a stand-alone role or responsibilities attached to another job title.

Etesting Invigilation

The invigilator role is responsible for ensuring that quality standards and requirements of the awarding body are adhered to during the e-testing sessions as well as providing appropriate support to the learner. This role may be a stand-alone role or responsibilities attached to another job title.
